Armed with new consumer information and plenty of benchmark data, our 2025 annual goals quickly shifted from "awareness" to "assistance."
In January 2025, I put together a strategy that would allow our team to engage with BKF's ideal consumers to move them down the shopping funnel. Following the acquisition of the Bar Keepers Friend brand in March 2025, minor adjustments were made to our strategy to better align with new consumer research.
The document includes a myriad of tactics, including: content strategy, website redesign, brand refreshing, brand & influencer partnerships, and a focus on our local presence as an Indianapolis-based company.
